Basic Practice #1: Drink Lots of Water
Water is very important to your body. It has a lot of curative properties which will keep the body healthy. Among the wondrous effects of water is its ability to keep your skin healthy. Your skin will always have that smooth effect and it will not easily dry up when you have enough water in your body. This is also the same as hydrating your body especially when you are working out or being in an activity where you are sweating too much. Basic Practice #2: Eat Healthy Foods
To complement your drinking habits, you should also eat healthy foods. Oily, fatty and foods that have high sugar content should be ditched. Eat foods that are friendly to your skin such as Vitamin E.

Moisturizers are just basic things that you can add to use in your skin but they are very essential in the sense that it will keep the skin healthy. Of course, it can also smoothen your skin but its primary purpose if you want to prevent wrinkles is to make it as healthy as possible. Along with a good water intake, you will be able to prevent dry skin in different parts of your body.
Basic Practice #4: No Sun
If water could easily improve the health of the skin in your body, the sun on the other hand will deplete everything that you do to your skin fast. Do not expose your skin to the sun for a prolonged amount of time. This will easily dry the moisturizer and the water in your body will also evaporate. If you’ll be under the sun, make sure you use sun screen so that you can prevent the sun to prevent too much effect on your skin. For your forehead, use a hat while you are out in the sun.
